Chocolate pudding powder for 500ml of milk (for 4 servings).
1. Mix powder with 3 tablespoons (45g) of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of cold milk until smooth.
2. Bring remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk.
3. Cook the pudding while stirring for at least 1 minute. Pour the pudding into a bowl or cold-rinsed mold. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before turning out.

Tip: Place plastic wrap directly on the hot surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
