Chocolate pudding powder for 500ml of milk (for 4 servings).
1. Mix the powder with 3 tablespoons (50g) of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of cold milk.
2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk.
3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Fill the pudding into a bowl or a cold rinsed mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before turning out.
