Brown meat on all sides in hot oil, remove and take pot off the heat. Pour 375ml of water into the pot, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to a boil. Add the roast. Simmer covered on low heat or in the oven at 200°C (convection 170°C) for 60-90 minutes. Stir occasionally and turn the roast.
